Wilfred is an AI assistant. It helps you answer questions, extracts details from what you type or say, explains concepts, and proof-reads — it does not write your documents. To do this, we send the relevant parts of your answers and conversation to OpenAI, and, for Legacy Letter writing help, to Anthropic. Under those providers' business terms, your data is not used to train their models; they may retain it for a limited period for abuse monitoring. You can complete every step of iFinallyWill without using the assistant.

11.Children's Privacy

Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it.
